GENERAL TERMS

These conditions determine the procedure for ordering, paying, delivering and complaining about the products offered on these pages. www.kamart.ba internet pages can be used for your private use without any fees for use, and according to the following conditions and rules.
The seller is Studio 21 d.o.o., and the buyer is visit this page to fill out the electronic order, send it to the seller and make payment through one of the offered payment methods.

ORDERING

The customer orders the product or products via the electronic order form. Any person who electronically orders at least one product, fills in the required information and sends it is considered a customer the order. All prices are expressed in Bosnian Convertible Mark (KM). The customer additionally has possibility to display prices in euros (EUR). The goods are ordered electronically, by clicking on a specific product and saving it in the shopping cart.

After you have selected the desired products, checked the status of your basket on the Basket page and are satisfied with it, we will take you to the payment page, where you enter the delivery and payment information and choose one of the payment methods for the ordered products.

Please provide your correct information on the electronic order form: name and surname, delivery address, contact e-mail and telephone
Choose a payment method:

    • cash payment when picking up the order at the delivery address
    • payment through the Monri online service

The goods are considered ordered at the moment when the customer chooses the payment method, accepts the purchase, and in the case of payment via the online service Monri successfully completes the transaction on the service pages, and the money is paid to the account of Studio 21 d.o.o.

After receiving the order, you will receive feedback to your email address about the status of your order. Depending on the choice of payment method, you will receive an email about the order confirmation, and for credit card payments, you will be redirected to the pages of the Monri online payment service.

PAYMENT

Monri payment

We want customers on our website to feel satisfied and safe when shopping online. Online shopping in Monra with Unicredit Bank’s service is absolutely safe and protected by the strictest security standards of card organizations Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode. When paying by card via the Internet, the card data is entered on the protected page of the Monri service. The payment card information is not available to our system at any moment.

Payment upon order collection

The cash on delivery option allows you to pay for the order upon delivery to the specified address. The ordered products are packed in such a way that they are not damaged during normal handling. On occasion after taking over, the buyer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment and, in case of damage, immediately report the product delivery person (employee of the company making the delivery). The seller waives all responsibility for damage that may occur during delivery. If the buyer does not receive the goods, or the delivery notification, after they have been sent, within the expected time, the buyer has the right notify the seller about this in order to take actions to find the shipment or to send a replacement parcel. If the buyer refuses to receive the goods he ordered from the seller, he has the right to ask the buyer for reimbursement of all costs which are related to delivery.

All shipments ordered on www.kamart.ba, and the delivery address is in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, are sent via courier service (fast mail), whose delivery time is 48 hours. The courier service will try to contact and deliver the package twice. If, for any reason, the buyer fails to pick up the shipment from the courier service, the shipment will be returned to the headquarters of Studio 21 d.o.o.. In this case, the buyer is obliged to bear all the costs incurred due to not accepting the obligation to pick up the shipment.

The seller undertakes to send the shipment to the buyer as soon as he receives the online approval confirmation
transaction. After receiving this confirmation, the seller undertakes to send the shipment within 7 (seven) working days.
Once the shipper (shipping company) receives the shipment from the seller, the seller is no more
responsible for the further course of delivery and possible delays and problems that may arise in connection with further manipulation and delivery of goods. For shipments sent in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, shipments arrive at the address within 48 hours. For shipments sent within the EU, the delivery time lasts from 10 to 15 working days.

If the buyer chooses a virtual product instead of a physical product, the seller undertakes to send a notification
exclusively in the form of e-mail to the customer, which will contain download links or additional instructions for using the content. After receiving the e-mail (download notification), the customer can immediately access the use of the virtual product.

CURRENCY CONVERSION

All payments will be made in Bosnian-Herzegovinian currency. The charged amount on your credit card account is
converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.

COMPLAINTS

Studio 21 d.o.o. undertakes to deliver a product that is technically correct and corresponds to the product description stated on www.kamart.ba. The image that illustrates the product on the website does not have to correspond to the actual appearance of the product, and the customer cannot advertise this segment.

In the case of technical defects or defective products, the buyer is obliged to return the technically defective product by mail, together with the delivery note, within 3 (three) days from the day of collection, after which the seller, if the complaint is found to be valid, will send the correct product to the buyer within 5 working days or refund the money paid for the purchase of the product without any compensation if there is no substitute product with the same characteristics.

Complaint procedure:

  1. Contact our customer service by e-mail at reklamacije@kamart.ba to start the return process with the following information:
  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Video or photo of the defective product
  1. Return your items in their original packaging
  2. Hand the package to the courier, after the courier checks the return shipment, close the package well.

RETURN OF GOODS

The customer has the right to return the goods in the following cases:

  • delivery of goods that were not ordered
  • delivery of goods that have a fault or damage that did not occur during transport.

The seller will approve the return of the goods to the buyer after receiving a justified complaint by phone or in writing within 3 (three) days from the day of collection, with instructions for returning the goods. The seller will send the buyer a replacement product with the same characteristics.

In case of inability to deliver other goods, the Seller will compensate the Buyer for the value of the goods that he is no longer able to deliver.

REPLACEMENT

The customer has the right to exchange the product for another if the size or model does not suit him. In case of replacement, the buyer is obliged to notify the Seller about the replacement within 3 (three) days via email reklamacije@kamart.ba. The customer can exchange for another product. If the requested product has a lower price than the product being replaced, the Seller is not obliged to settle the price difference. If the requested product has a higher price than the product being replaced, the buyer is obliged to compensate the difference in price.

The seller is not obliged to make a refund if there is no valid reason for returning the goods.
